Three Choirs Festival - Gloucester 2010

7th-15th August 2010

Adrian Partington, Artistic Director ''We are busy putting together a spectacular programme for 2010, one which I hope will capture everybody's imagination. It will include some exciting, but traditional programmes ... and some surprises! I think I can promise that 2010 will be a vintage year... ''

The Three Choirs Festival, held each year since the early eighteenth century, and rotating between the three great cathedral cities of Gloucester, Worcester and Hereford is one of the world’s oldest classical choral music festivals. This heritage has long established the Festival as a firm fixture in the British music calendar and a must-visit for lovers of the great choral works from across Britain, Europe, America and Australasia.

Each festival provides an attached Festival Club, traditionally run by the “Friends” of the home festival, which provides a central social venue for audience and performers alike, as well as food and drink in a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.

More information will be available in 2010. Contact Three Choirs on (0)1452 529819, email info.gloucester@3choirs.org or visit www.3choirs.org
