From the Three Choirs, Blues and Cajun Festivals to legendary gigs at the Guildhall, Gloucester has long had a rich and diverse musical heritage.
This exhibition uses the Folk Museum's collections to give visitors a taste of Gloucester's musical past, present and future. It will also tie in with the Fabulous Sound Machines exhibition at the City Museum.
In addition, Folk at the Folk will see some of Gloucestershire's best folk musicians and bands playing in the museum's garden on Saturday 10th July and Choirs at the Folk warms up for the Three Choirs Festival with some fine choral perfomance on Saturday 31st July.
