Gloucester Park was opened in 1815 as a spa. Highlights within the park include a statue of Robert Raikes, the founder of the Sunday School movement. Today the park is host to many events including the Gloucester Festival.
You can visit a piece of the Cotswolds countryside in the heart of the City. Head to the top of Robinswood Hill for splendid views of Gloucester and beyond. Here in 250 acres of open countryside you can follow nature trails and visit the Rare Breeds Centre.
Where better to take the weight off your feet than the beautiful setting of Gloucester Cathedral. Sit on the grass in College Green overlooked by the Cathedral or why not head to the Cloister Garden for relaxation and tranquillity.
