Gloucester Youth's Got Talent - Apply Now

The Safer Gloucester Partnership (formerly the Gloucester Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership) has launched a talent contest for youngsters in the county.
Singers, dancers, acrobats, magicians or anyone else with a talent they want people to know about are being urged to enter Gloucester Youth's Got Talent, which will culminate in a live final at Gloucester Guildhall on November 5.
The event is being organised to raise awareness of the harm caused by the misuse of drugs and alcohol and how positive activity is a very real alternative.
Planning for the evening is well under way and many people have already downloaded the application form. The Partnership is hoping that young people in Gloucester will use the school summer holidays to hone their talent and get their routines up to scratch.
The event is for young people aged 13 - 19 years old and applications can be obtained by calling the Partnership office on 01452 396405 or by downloading from the website www.safergloucester.co.uk <http://www.safergloucester.co.uk/>; .
Applications must be in by Wednesday September 29 and the heats will take place on October 8 and 9 at Chequers Bridge Youth Centre.
