The Family Music Quiz
Gloucester is awash with music this summer, the Summer festival in the park is well underway, the Three Choirs Festival is almost upon us and the Rhythm & Blues Festival is just around the corner! So, if the music has got you, come and enter our Family Music Quiz at Gloucester City Museum & Art Gallery. Questions will be based on music from both the past and present, covering a range of genres (so definitely bring some children, they could be your key to success for this quiz!) and the two music exhibitions that are currently showing at the City and Folk Museum (Its definitely worth visiting the exhibitions to swat up beforehand!). There will be small prizes for winning teams and you can make sure you have all the information about this summers musical experiences around the city. Great fun for all the family.
Friday 30th July, 2.30pm - 4pm, £1 per team member, 50p for any children over 5 (No limit on team sizes)

Do you know your Music? Are you a master on the classics but still find time to keep up with new music? Can you identify any instrument or album artwork at 50 paces? And have you visited both Music exhibitions on at the City and Folk Museum? Then our evening Music quiz on Thursday 5th August, 7 - 8.30pm at Gloucester City Museum is the quiz for you! Bring a friend, bring several friends in fact and the genius from the opposing team that always beats you at the pub quiz if you can poach him. Top prize of tickets to a Guildhall gig for the winning team and a few other smaller ones for those that just missed out.
Thursday 5th August, 7 - 8.30pm. £1 per team member (No limit on team sizes)
