The fabulous Anita Walsh Trio will be appearing at the next Oliver Cromwell
Showboat on Saturday, 5th June in Gloucester Docks - and tables at this
dinner dance night are available at a VERY special offer price of only
£14.95 including a three course meal. ADVANCE BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL!
This will be the second appearance for Cheltenham-born Singer Anita Walsh on
the Paddle Wheeler. Recently appearing at Ronnie Scott's in London, Anita
Walsh is a soprano vocalist and song writer with an incredibly versatile
voice. She sings blues, pop and rock with numbers like Summertime, Hit the
Road Jack, I Will Survive and I'm a Bitch.
Anita has a gutsy strong voice and sings like a demon but she's also an
experienced actress with a compelling stage presence!
The evening starts when the bar opens at 7.00pm and if it's warm and dry
outside you can go up to the top deck of the boat to enjoy a drink with the
best view in the Docks. From 7.30pm, a delicious 3-course set dinner will be
served in the saloon, where there is also a well-stocked licensed bar to
keep you refreshed right through the evening.
After dinner, the Anita Walsh Trio will strike up to get you dancing - or
just tapping your feet. The live show goes on through until 11pm. Guests for
this Showboat Dinner Dance can be sure of a great evening of food, drink and
entertainment.
