Tickets still available for The Lightning Seeds at Gloucester Guildhall
18th May 2010

On Thursday 24th June, The Lightning Seeds will be performing at Gloucester Guildhall and there are still tickets available for this great event!
As if he’s never been away, Ian Broudie returns this spring with a new Lightning Seeds album, the first for ten years, featuring ten new songs written and produced by Broudie.
Highlights are many and include the melancholic ‘4 Wind’, the ethereal sway of ‘Ghosts’, the pop swagger of ‘The Story Goes’ and the autobiographical ‘I Still Feel The Same’.
“What I want to do is take everything that has made me who I am, imbibing the sixties, seventies, punk bands, Britpop, hip hop, this quite unique musical journey that sometimes feels like it’s been back to front, being a producer then a pop star,” Ian says. “I feel like whatever it is that I am supposed to be doing, I haven’t done yet. I feel like I am just getting started.”
This is a standing event for over 14's only. Tickets are priced at £17.50 and doors are due to open at 7.30pm.
