NCP rooftop multi-storey at Kings Walk and Mall Eastgate Centre. Digital displays on the approaches to Gloucester indicate the number of spaces available in these car parks. The St. Michael's Square and Mall Eastgate Centre car parks are off Brunswick Road. Brunswick Road is closed to most vehicles at its junction with Eastgate Street. You’ll need to enter it via Parliament Street or Spa Road from Southgate Street/Bristol Road or via Park Road from Trier Way. Follow the signs for The Mall car park. At the very end of Westgate Street is a large car park.

Road Directions

Gloucester may be reached from junctions 11, 11A and 12 of the M5 and is signposted from junction 15 on the M4. It is on the A38, A40 and A417. On approach to the city follow the signs for the City Centre or Railway station.

Once you have arrived into the city centre then the closest car parking to The Old Bell is in The Eastgate Shopping Centre which can be accessed from Brunswick Road or by entering GL1 1PA into your Sat-Nav. Alternately follow the signs for short stay parking to be directed to one of the city centre's many available car parks from where The Old Bell will be only a short walk away.

Public Transport Directions

City centre location that is a five minute walk from bus and rail stations. From the entrance to Gloucester Railway Station cross over Bruton Way and head through the Bus Station. Upon exiting the Bus Station turn immediatley right and head into Kings Square which you will be to your left, next to The Chambers pub. Keep to the right hand side of the Square and walk down St Aldgate Street which will be immediatley in front of you. At the end of the road turn left onto Northgate Street and continue until you reach 'The Cross' where the four gate streets meet. At The Cross turn head straight over onto Southgate Street and after a roughly a minutes walk you will see The Old Bell on your left hand side just above Costa Coffee.
